The day before your scheduled delivery, you will receive an SMS from Galway2U to remind you that we are in your area the following day and to leave out your empty bottles.
I need water – what should I do?
If you need replacement 19 Litre bottles, please reply to the SMS with the number of bottles you require. EG: just reply ‘2’ or 'two' indicating the quantity required. Please remember to leave your empty bottles out for collection the following morning.
I do not need water – what should I do?
If you do not need water on this occasion – do nothing. If you do not reply to the SMS, Galway2U will assume that you do not require any water on this occasion. You will receive a new SMS on the day before your next scheduled delivery.
I no longer wish to receive text reminders – what should I do?
You may permanently OPT-OUT from the SMS service by replying STOP to the SMS. Upon sending STOP, you will not receive any further texts from Galway2U. Galway2U will make brief contact by phone to confirm that you wish to cease using this service.
How much will the text cost me?
The SMS to Galway2U will be charged by your Mobile Phone Provider as per your price plan. If you have free texts, the charge will be zero. If the cost of a standard text on your price plan is 10c, the SMS will cost 10c. No premium charges apply.
