Where should I store my water before putting it on the water cooler?
Bottles of Galway Pure Irish Still Water should be stored indoors and out of direct sunlight to maintain optimum quality.
Is there a minimum quantity of water that I need to purchase?
No, you are entirely in control of the quantity of water that you order. If you don’t leave your empty out, our driver won’t replace them.
Do I own the Water Cooler?
Yes you do. We sell you the water cooler at a price that represents great value for money. Each water cooler we sell comes with a 12 month warranty. Should you decide to discontinue purchasing water from Galway2U, the water cooler remains your property.
How do I pay for the water?
We facilitate easy payment for our home delivery service by using Direct Debit. You can download a Direct Debit mandate here.
Can I cancel the service at any time?
Yes you can. Simply contact our office at 091-706600 or via email at coolers@galway2u.com and we shall arrange to collect our empty bottles.
Do I throw away the empty bottles?
No, Galway2U will collect all empty bottles as we reuse them. Just leave them out for collection on your assigned delivery day.
Can I order any other products?
Yes you can. Perhaps you would like to order small bottles of water (ideal for kids going to school), which we can also deliver. Please check in on our website every now and again to see special offers.
How often must I clean the water cooler?
International guidelines recommend that water coolers are sanitised every 13-15 weeks. With your initial purchase of a water cooler, Galway2U will supply you with a Home Cleaning Kit to help you maintain a clean cooler at all times. Please refer to the Water Quality section of this website for instructions in how to sanitise your water cooler. Galway2U also supply replacement Home Cleaning Kits at a competitive price.
